Terms and Conditions for Instagram Competition

1. Eligibility: The competition is open to residents of Australia who are aged 18 years or over at the time of entry. Employees of Fone King and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
2. How to Enter: To enter, participants must like the post, tag a friend and enter your email address through the link in the bio. All entries must be submitted by 30/10/24.
3. Competition Period: The competition begins on 25/10/24  and ends on 30/10/24. Entries received after this time will not be considered.
4. Prize: The prize for this competition is $1000 cash. The prize is non-transferable.
5. Selection of Winner: The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received. The draw will take place on 30/10/24 and the winner will be notified via direct message on Instagram on 30/10/24.
6. Claiming the Prize: The winner must respond within 3 days to claim their prize. If the winner does not respond within this period, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternative winner may be selected.
7. Publicity: By entering the competition, you agree to allow Fone King to use your name and social media handle for promotional purposes.
8. Privacy: Your personal information will be handled in accordance with Fone King’s privacy policy, which can be found at HERE.
9. Instagram: This competition is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram. By entering, you acknowledge that you release Instagram from any liability.
