Our official Black Friday Sale for the general public begins online and in-store at 9:00am AEST on Wednesday, 6 November 2024, and runs until 11:59pm AEST on Wednesday, 4 December 2024. Sale prices are as marked, and no discount code is required. We will not be able to honour sale prices on past orders in the form of a refund or store credit, regardless of when the order was placed. This sale applies only to new orders placed within the specified dates, both online and in-store.

 

• Offer applies only to select items/products within our Black Friday Sale Collection page (https://foneking.com.au/collections/black-friday) and excludes all items not on this collection page, including items from the Raw Tech Labs/Raw Audio collection (battery packs and power bank chargers) and select 270x items.
• Store credits are accepted as a payment method during the Black Friday Sale, both online and in-store.
• Due to the high volume of orders during Black Friday, orders cannot be cancelled, updated, or modified once placed. Please check your order details carefully before checking out. We are not liable for any packages that go missing due to incomplete or incorrect addresses.

 

RETURN POLICY

If you believe you received a faulty item, please contact (https://tellus.foneking.com.au/hc/en-us/requests/new) within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the fault. If a replacement in the same item and size is in stock, we will provide it. You may be eligible for a refund only if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.

 

SHIPPING TIMES

• Our dispatch team will work to send your package as quickly as possible, but we cannot guarantee same-day dispatch on orders placed before 2:00pm AEST on business days due to the high volume of orders during the same period.
• Delivery delays may occur, as this is a busy season for all retailers and couriers. We recommend choosing Express Delivery at checkout and allowing extra time for delivery. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds if your order does not arrive on time.
