How much does a device repair cost?

Prices vary based on the issue and device type. Basic assessments start at $59, with full repair quotes provided after diagnostics. No hidden fees, ever.

What devices can you bring back to life?

We specialise in phones, tablets, laptops, wearable tech and gaming consoles. If you have a unique device, feel free to contact us - our experts love a challenge.

What data can you recover?

We’ve repaired over 1M+ phones, and many of them came to us with one mission: data recovery. Our expert technicians are trained to identify and extract the working motherboard from even the most shattered devices. Whether your phone is bent, broken, or in pieces, we know where to look.

If my device won't turn on, can you still recover my data?

If the device is repairable it will be restored with everything on it

What if my device can’t be resurrected?

If revival isn't possible, we’ll explain why and offer alternative solutions. You’ll only be charged a small diagnostic fee if you choose not to proceed with repair.

How long does a device resurrection take?

Got a damaged phone? Just drop it off, most repairs take only 30–45 minutes with our on-site technicians.

Is my data safe during the revival process?

Yes. We handle all devices with strict data privacy protocols. Your data is never accessed without consent, and we take every precaution to avoid data loss during repairs.

What's included in your repaqirguarantee?

Our repair warranty covers all parts and labor for 90 days.

Can you resurrect water-damaged devices?

We have a high success rate with resurrecting water-damaged devices. While full recovery isn't always guaranteed, we’ll have a solid idea of what won't be fixable once started.

Do you use original or aftermarket parts?

We offer both options. We highly suggest OEM as this is the best quality available on the market, as opposed to aftermarket or refurbished parts. But original parts can be requested at an additional cost.

Can we transfer data even if the phone is completely busted but still turns on?

We will need to check the phone, if it has no damage on the motherboard board its possible but we need to check it.

Can Fone King provide a damage report for an insurance claim if I bring my phone to a store?

Yes, we can definitely help with that. We charge $99 for a full assessment of the device, which includes a written damage report suitable for insurance claims. Just drop by your nearest Fone King store when you're ready, and we'll take care of you.

What is the inclusion for deep cleaning?

Cleaning of charging port, earpiece and loudspeaker and dust build up inside the device (Inter chemical clean).

Do we have LCD replacement for Nokia phones?

We don’t stock the LCD replacements, but for a deposit of $99 we can place a special order which takes approx. 1 week to arrive.
