It’s a good idea to check the speed regulations in your area, as most states prohibit speeds above 25 km/h on public roads.
Nearly all Australian states follow guidelines based on the
European standard EN15194.
In general, e-bikes must:
Not exceed 250W (with some exceptions, such as NSW, where the limit is 500W).
Be powered solely by pedal assist, meaning the motor only operates when the pedals are in use (known as a pedelec).
Not be operated solely by throttle.
Not exceed a speed of 25 km/h.
Comply with local laws, such as helmet requirements and speed limits in designated areas.
In short, e-bikes are legal to ride in Australia, and you don’t need any special license to use one. However, it's always a good idea to check with your local authority for any additional regulations specific to your

Damages occurring during shipping or transit (we recommend selecting shipping insurance at checkout if needed)
Normal wear and tear on components such as tyres, tubes, bearings, brake pads, discs, seats, and consumables (including fluids)
Failure to maintain or service the bike according to the recommended schedule
Modifications or DIY installations of non-original parts or accessories not supplied by Flight Risk, or any alterations to the product from
its original manufacturer specifications
Products won in competitions, giveaways, or exclusive promotions

To be eligible to make a warranty claim you must:
Be the Original Purchaser as listed on the Receipt
Lodge your Claim within the Valid
Warranty Period from the Date of Receipt

Items, such as e-bikes, require more manual handling, so delivery typically takes longer. On average, delivery to major cities takes about 5-10 days. For more remote areas, including NT, WA, and TAS, delivery may take 14 days or more. International shipping times vary depending on the product and destination.
Yes, they require service once per year or every 500km, whichever comes first.
Our bikes can carry up to 180kg maximum.
Yes! If you're in Sydney you can test ride our bikes. If not, we will have test rides available at our stockists soon.
Yes, however they cannot be completely submerged in water or hosed when cleaning.
